European Speedminton® Championships 2008
24th-25th of May 2008 in Liverpool, England.
The first European Championship took place in the European Capital of Culture 2008, in Liverpool. 10 nations took part and played exciting matches. Per Hjalmarson won again like in Sweden and France and Kerstin Klante won in the ladies groups.

1st French Speedminton® Open
3rd and 4th of May in Yvelines near Paris
Paris was the meetingpoint for all players during the French Open. The players entertained the spectators with amazing matches and finally Per Hjalmarson and Delphine Gaschy won.

1st Swedish Speedminton® Open
19th and 20th of April in Göteborg/ Sweden
For the Swedish Open the players from whole Europe met in Göteborg and fought against each other to find the best player. Swantje Bechstein was the female winner and Per Hjalmarson the male winner.
